- Overnight Shipping: If you need your order urgently, we offer overnight shipping for orders placed before the cutoff time (usually 12 PM EST).
International shipping options are also available, with varying delivery times depending on the destination.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer an estimated restock date or an alternative product.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight, size, and delivery address. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, before you complete your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., $50 within the U.S.). International shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on the destination country and shipping method selected.

- Domestic Orders (U.S.): Delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for expedited shipping, and next-day delivery for overnight shipping.
- International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination. Typically, international shipping takes between 7-14 business days, depending on customs processing times and the shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary due to factors such as weather, customs delays, or logistical issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order on the carrier’s website. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
6. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries around the world. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. HubPariz is not responsible for any customs delays or fees imposed by the destination country.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, there may be restrictions on certain products that cannot be shipped to specific locations due to regulatory constraints or shipping limitations.

HubPariz is not liable for any delays, losses, or delivery issues that arise from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
