At HubPariz, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning items.
General Return and Refund Guidelines
- Return Period: You may return items purchased from HubPariz within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags still attached. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable, including personalized items, final sale items, and any products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned goods.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@hubpariz.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).
- Ship the Item Back: Package the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Send the item back to the return address provided.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s), excluding any shipping fees. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details.
Exceptions to the Refund and Return Policy
HubPariz reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in certain situations, including:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Products that are not returned within the specified 30-day period.
- Products that were purchased through unauthorized channels or third-party vendors.
